Returns Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. 

Returns
You can return products within 30 days of receipt of the products if the products are complete and are in an unused and undamaged condition. Please note that you must return each item in the same condition in which you received it. This means that items must be returned new, unused and complete, and in it's original packaging.

Upon receiving your shipped item, you have 30 days to report: (i) defective/damaged items, (ii) wrongly received items, or (iii) any dissatisfaction with your purchase (if you think the item is not as described, not fit for purpose or not of satisfactory quality). You also have 30 days to return it from the date the item was reported. Please contact us immediately at info@woofsuits.com or alternatively message us via the ‘Contact Us’ page on our website.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase including shipping tracking number and your product order number.

Refunds 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 48 hours of receipt.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@woofsuits.com or alternatively contact us immediately via the ‘Contact Us’ page on our website.

Exchanges 
We replace items if they are wrongly received, defective/damaged and reported within 30 days of receiving your shipped item. If you need to exchange it for the same item or for a different size please contact us immediately at info@woofsuits.com or alternatively message us via the ‘Contact Us’ page on our website.

Shipping
To return your product, please email us at info@woofsuits.com or alternatively contact us via the ‘Contact Us’ page on our website prior to shipping to receive the right postal address. 

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
